BLOOMFIELD -- Hattie H. Atteberry, 96, of Bloomfield died Tuesday, March 21, 2000, at Beverly Healthcare Center.
She was born Dec. 15, 1903, at Marquand, daughter of W.R. and Bertie Smith Hawn. She and Gene Atteberry were married April 27, 1927.
Atteberry was retired from General Motors Corp.

Survivors include her husband; two sisters, Inice Greathouse of California and Eunice Lindsey of Illinois.
Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with burial in Gravel Hill Cemetery near Bloomfield.
