HARVEY L. CONRAD

SEDGEWICKVILLE -- Funeral service for Harvey L. Conrad of Detroit, Mich., will be held at 2 p.m. today at Northrop Funeral Home in Northville, Mich. The Rev. William Quick will officiate, with burial in Grand Lawn Cemetery in Detroit.

Conrad, 89, died Friday, March 25, 1994, at Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills, Mich.

He was born Oct. 30, 1904, at Sedgewickville, son of Ruben W. and Mary Susan Barks Conrad. He married the former Irmadel Taylor.

Conrad worked at the former Hudson Department Store in Detroit many years, and later retired as a barber. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

Survivors include his wife, and a brother, Leonard Conrad of Jackson.

He was preceded in death by five sisters and two brothers.
