ADVANCE -- Harry F. Pruitt, 85, of Advance died Thursday, Oct. 3, 1996, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Jan. 4, 1911, at Whitewater, son of Loonie Charles and Effie Mae Snider Pruitt. He and Irene Naomi Lanpher were married Nov. 9, 1933, at Jackson. She died Oct. 19, 1988.
Pruitt was a retired farmer and a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Cape Girardeau.
Survivors include a brother, Charles Pruitt of Cape Girardeau; and two sisters, Bernice Pruitt and Allene Klittich, both of St. Louis.
He was preceded in death by a sister.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Morgan Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Charles Lance will officiate with burial in Jackson City Cemetery.
