HAROLD SNIDER

POPLAR BLUFF -- Graveside service for Harold F. Snider of Poplar Bluff will be held today at Poplar Bluff Cemetery.

Snider, 74, died Thursday, Feb. 26, 1998, at Doctors Regional Hospital.

He was born Aug. 10, 1923, in Cape Girardeau County, son of George and Ellen Yates Snider. He first married Doris Wilkinson June 10, 1942. He later married Lenora Mitchell.

Formerly of Chaffee, Snider retired as a foreman with Florsheim Shoe Co.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Stephen Snider of Chaffee; seven daughters, Judy Huber of Mesquite, Texas, Jo Hailey of Foristell, Sue Ourth of Chaffee, Mary Slinkard and Laura Moore of Cape Girardeau, Patty Palmer and Kimberly Meier of Jackson; a sister, Eunice Stehr of St. Louis; 19 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, two brothers, and two sisters.
