HAROLD L. WILLS

JACKSON -- Harold L. Wills, 67, of Jackson, died Monday, Nov. 15, 1993, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Sept. 14, 1926, at Jackson, son of Harlan and Stella Hartle Wills. He and Marjorie M. Starzinger were married July 5, 1949, in Piggott, Ark.

The Wills lived in Chicago from 1949-72, where he was supervisor of Huron and Orleans Building Corp. They moved to Jackson in 1972 and he was supervisor and plant engineer at St. Francis Medical Center until retiring. He was a member of New McKendree United Methodist Church, Elks 2652, Altenthal-Joerns American Legion Post 158, and Friends of St. Francis.

He served in the Merchant Marines during World War II, and in the U.S. Marines during the Korean War.

Survivors include his wife.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Otto Steinhaus will officiate, with burial in Russell Heights Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. today. An Elks service will be held at 7.
