CHARLESTON, S.C. -- Gretchen Kay Gibson-Cartwright, born July 1, 1968, died Thursday, Aug. 31, 2017, in Charleston.

She leaves behind her husband, Don Cartwright; two sons, Josh (Alicia) Patterson and Nathaniel (Kayse) Cartwright; a sister, Sandy (Jimmie) Pulley; a brother, Donnie Gibson; and other friends and relatives.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Jessica Blake; and her parents, Kenneth L. and Kay Gibson.

A funeral service was held Sept. 3 in Commerce, Missouri.

Charleston Cremation was in charge of the cremation.
