MORLEY -- Funeral service for Gracie L. Farrar of Morley will be at 1 p.m. today at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran.
The Rev. Jack Bishop will officiate, and burial will be in the New Morley Cemetery.
Ms. Farrar died Friday at the Chaffee General Hospital. She was 83.
She was born Jan. 22, 1908 in Mantachie, Miss. to the late James and Myrtle Brooks Jackson.
Survivors include four sons, Edmond Farrar of Madisonville, Tenn., Larry Farrar of Oran, John Farrar of Memphis, Tenn. and Winford Farrar of Morley; a daughter, Caress Colevas of Fort Washington Md.; a brother, Curtis Jackson of Morley; a sister, Pauline Whitehead of Trevor, Wisc.; 13 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four sisters and a brother.
Visitation was Saturday at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran.
