Funeral service for Gracia M. Mackey of Cape Girardeau will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Centenary United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Neil Stein officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery at Salem.
Friends may call from 4-7 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel.
Mackey died Tuesday, Feb. 16, 1993, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
She was born at Salem, daughter of Earl and Drusilla Callahan Seay. She married C.C. Mackey in 1929 at Salem. He preceded her in death Dec. 2, 1981.
The Mackeys moved here in 1938 from Salem. She attended Central Methodist College and Southeast Missouri State University.
She was a member of Centenary Church, active in United Methodist Women and Sunday School, and was a member of PEO.
She is survived by two sons, J. Linn Mackey of Boone, N.C., Earl Mackey of Lake Oswego, Ore.; two brothers, William and Edward Seay of Salem; four sisters, Helen Barnes of Des Moines, Iowa, Virginia Covington of Baltimore, Md., Martha Hamblin of Salem, Drusilla Dinzler of St. Louis, and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a grandchild.
