She was born May 21, 1990, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of John Carter and Stephanie Grace Smith Williams of Oran. Survivors include her parents; two sisters, Jennifer and Sarah Williams of the home; paternal grandmother, Joan Williams of Cape Girardeau; maternal grandparents, Douglas and Verona Smith of Fruitland; paternal great-grandmother, Gertrude Pixley of Cape Girardeau, and maternal great-grandfather, Vincent Smith of Fruitland.. ...

Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Guardian Angel Catholic Church. The Rev. Normand Varone will officiate, with burial in the church cemetery.

Friends may call at the church from 9-10 a.m. Thursday.

Amick-Burnett Funeral Home at Oran is in charge of arrangements.
