GLENNA SAUERBRUNN

JONESBORO, Ill. -- Glenna M. Sauerbrunn, 78, of Jonesboro died Tuesday, May 2, 2000, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born June 1, 1921, at Cypress, daughter of Guy and Agnes Birch Worel. She and Cleo Sauerbrunn were married Feb. 1, 1940, in Jackson, Mo.

Sauerbrunn had worked in the dietary department at Clyde Choate Mental Health Center. She was a member of Salem Lutheran Church.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Gary Sauerbrunn of Gilbert, Ariz.; a daughter, Deborah Sweitzer of Cobden; two grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.

Friends may call at Hileman and Parr Funeral Home in Jonesboro from 5-8 p.m. today, and Thursday at Salem Lutheran Church from 11 a.m. until service time.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the church, with David Eidson officiating. Burial will be in Jonesboro Cemetery.
