GLENNA BADGLEY

VILLA RIDGE, Ill. -- Funeral service for Glenna Badgley of Grand Chain will be held at 10:30 a.m. today at Wilson Funeral Home in Karnak. The Revs. Bob Smith and Jon Althoff will officiate, with burial in Ohio Chapel Cemetery at Grand Chain.

Badgley, 82, died Tuesday, Feb. 15, 1994, at Massac Memorial Hospital in Metropolis.

She was the daughter of Gordon and Maggie Douglas Conant. She married Marion Badgley, who preceded her in death.

Badgley was a 1934 graduate of Southern Illinois University, and taught school in Pulaski and Alexander Counties. She was a member of Retired Teachers Association.

Survivors include two sisters, Helen Walter of Metropolis, and Birdie Conant of Villa Ridge.

She was preceded in death by two sisters.
