Glenn Henry Nenninger, 92, of Cape Girardeau died Wednesday, March 17, 1999, at St. Francis Medical Center.

He was born March 1, 1907, in Cape Girardeau County, son of Edward and Emma Lipp Nenninger. He and Mary G. Bradford were married June 19, 1934, in Cape Girardeau.

Nenninger had owned a packaged liquor store, and had also been office manager with Cotton Belt Distributing Co. He was a member of St. Mary's Cathedral and Knights of Columbus.

He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

Survivors include his wife; four sons, Mark Nenninger of Franklin, Ohio, Thomas Nenninger of Plano, Texas, Garet Nenninger of Houston, Texas, Glenn Nenninger of Charlotte, N.C.; two daughters, Mary Richardson of Easley, S.C., Miriam Hankins of Columbia; a sister, Dorothy Halter of Cape Girardeau; 14 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, three brothers, and a sister.

Friends may call at Lorberg Memorial Funeral Chapel after 5:30 p.m. today. Parish prayers will be at 7, and Knights of Columbus rosary at 7:30.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Cathedral, with Msgr. Richard Rolwing officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
