Glenda E. Todd, 79, of Cape Girardeau died Monday, Nov. 11, 2002, at St. Francis Medical Center. She was born June 11, 1923, at Laflin, Mo., daughter of George and Carrie Clippard Riehn. She and Ivan W. Conley were married Sept. 12, 1941, in Jackson. He died March 16, 1949. She and James W. Todd were married Nov. 5, 1954, in Cape Girardeau...

Glenda E. Todd, 79, of Cape Girardeau died Monday, Nov. 11, 2002, at St. Francis Medical Center.

She was born June 11, 1923, at Laflin, Mo., daughter of George and Carrie Clippard Riehn. She and Ivan W. Conley were married Sept. 12, 1941, in Jackson. He died March 16, 1949. She and James W. Todd were married Nov. 5, 1954, in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Dennis Todd of Jackson; a daughter, Doris Conley of Jackson; a brother, Lindell Riehn of Burfordville; two sisters, Lucy Conley of Cape Girardeau, Dora Meyer of Marble Hill, Mo.; three grandsons, Brian Slinkard, Jeff Slinkard and Nicholas Todd; four great-grandchildren, Kyle Slinkard, Tyler Slinkard, Tanner Slinkard and Macy Slinkard.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Walter Riehn; a sister, Vercie Flannery; and a half brother, Ed Clippard.

Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home from 4 to 8 p.m. today.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Entombment will be in Cape County Memorial Park Mausoleum.
