Glenda Kay Phillips, 49, of Jackson died Wednesday, June 22, 2016, at her home.
She was born Nov. 14, 1966, in Cape Girardeau to Gene and Geneva Laverne Walter Bostic.
She is survived by a daughter, Kelly Simpson of Jackson; her mother, Geneva Phillips of Cape Girardeau; seven brothers, Kenneth Kile of Jackson, Eddie Phillips of Florida, Rodney Phillips of Kansas City, Missouri, Leo Whorton of Las Vegas, Dale and Farrell Bostic, both of Bloomfield, Missouri, and Darrell Bostic of Marble Hill, Missouri; a sister, Gayla Brookman of Virginia; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father and a grandson.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Fruitland Community Church in Fruitland, with the Rev. Mike Parry officiating.
