She was survived by two sons, Alan Barks of New Haven, Mo., and Randy Barks of Perryville; one daughter, Joyce Layton of Perryville; one brother, Gary McAtee of Perryville; one sister, Betty Herron of Perryville; and three grandchildren...

PERRYVILLE -- Glenda L. Barks of Perryville died March 17, 1993, at her residence at the age of 58.

She was born Aug. 29, 1934, in Perry County Missouri to William E. and Evelyn Buatte McAtee. She survives.

She was survived by two sons, Alan Barks of New Haven, Mo., and Randy Barks of Perryville; one daughter, Joyce Layton of Perryville; one brother, Gary McAtee of Perryville; one sister, Betty Herron of Perryville; and three grandchildren.

She was a homemaker, and a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.

Visitors may call from 4-9 p.m. today at Young and Sons Chapel in Perryville, and on Friday from 6:30-11 a.m.

Funeral services will be held at 11:15 a.m. Friday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.

A parish wake will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday.

Burial will be in the Mt. Hope Cemetery with the Rev. Edward Wilson, C.M., officiating.
