BLOOMFIELD -- Gladys Warren, 86, of Bloomfield died Thursday, June 17, 1999, at Lucy Lee Hospital in Poplar Bluff.
She was born near Bloomfield July 19, 1912, the daughter of James and Clara Henson Cooper. She married Arvel Warren in Benton Oct. 20, 1932. He died Feb. 21. 1987.
She had lived in Bloomfield all her life, working at Elders Manufacturing in Bloomfield as a floor lady before retiring. She was a member of the Bible Tabernacle in Bloomfield.
She is survived by four daughters, Shirley Warren of Granite City, Ill., Arvona Walker of Salem, Lovetta Cookson of Dexter and Margie Sadler of Bloomfield; three sons, Kent Warren of Madison, Ill., Butch Warren of Granite City, Ill., and Wayne Warren of Salem; 13 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four brothers and five sisters.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Saturday at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter.
Funeral will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the Watkins and Sons Chapel.
Burial will follow at the Gravel Hill Cemetery near Bloomfield.
