Gladys Sue Pillow, 45, of Cape Girardeau, died Friday, Sept. 25, 1992 at the Cape Girardeau Nursing Center.

She was born July 17, 1947 in Prestonburg, Ky., daughter of Troy and Susan Heard Shepherd.

She married Henry Pillow in June of 1981, at Jackson, Mich. He survives.

Other survivors include her parents, Troy and Susan Shepherd of Jackson, Mich; two sons, John Bell and Stephen Bell; a daughter, Melissa Bell of St. Louis; a brother, Troy Shepherd Jr., of California; and two sisters, Alta Reavis of Ann Arbor, Mich., and Avondale Shepherd of Prestonburg, Ky.

The Pillows moved here from Phoenix, Ariz. four years ago.

The body is at the Ford & Sons Mt. Auburn Funeral Chapel, where private services will be held. There will be no visitation.
