DEXTER -- Gladys Holmes Ralph, 87, of Dexter, died Tuesday, Nov. 21, 1995, at Vintage Villa Nursing Center. She was born Dec. 31, 1907, in Morley, daughter of John and Elizabeth Bieser Vaughn. She married Robert Holmes March 14, 1929, in Sikeston. He died Sept. 12, 1971. She later married Charles J. Ralph Oct. 27, 1972, who died Feb. 8, 1985...

DEXTER -- Gladys Holmes Ralph, 87, of Dexter, died Tuesday, Nov. 21, 1995, at Vintage Villa Nursing Center.

She was born Dec. 31, 1907, in Morley, daughter of John and Elizabeth Bieser Vaughn. She married Robert Holmes March 14, 1929, in Sikeston. He died Sept. 12, 1971. She later married Charles J. Ralph Oct. 27, 1972, who died Feb. 8, 1985.

Ralph worked at International Shoe Co. 43 years, retiring in 1970. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Dexter.

Survivors include nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, with the Rev. Larry Davis officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery at Sikeston.

Friends may call at the chapel after 11 a.m. Friday.
