KELSO, Mo. -- Gladys Helen Diebold, 91, of Kelso died Saturday, Dec. 15, 2001, at St. Francis Medical Center.
She was born May 29, 1910, at Kelso, daughter of George and Caroline Lux Glueck. She and the late Albert Diebold were married Aug. 13, 1928, at Kelso. He died June 8, 1998.
Diebold was a housewife. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church of Kelso and St. Ann's Sodality.
Survivors include three sons, Morrell Diebold of Cape Girardeau, Calvin Diebold of Kelso and Terry Diebold of Dexter, Mo.; a daughter, Joyce Welter of Cape Girardeau; two sisters, Rella Glastetter and Louella Glastetter, both of Chaffee; 18 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; a stepgrandchild; and a great-stepgrandchild.
She was also preceded in death by a son, two brothers and a sister.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City, Mo., from 4-8 p.m. today. A parish rosary service will be at 6 p.m.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Augustine Catholic Church. The Rev. Oliver Clavin will officiate, with burial in St. Augustine Cemetery.
