GIlbert Bock

PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Gilbert A. Bock, 84, of Uniontown, Mo., died Saturday, April 5, 2003, at Perry Oaks Manor.

He was born May 30, 1918, in Uniontown, son of Immanuel and Pauline Stelling Bock. He and Hilda Huttegger were married Jan. 17, 1942.

He was a farmer and a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Uniontown.

Survivors include his wife of Uniontown; a son, Gilbert Bock Jr. of Uniontown; a daughter, Carol Henson of Riverview, Mich.; a brother, Herbert Bock of Perryville; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today and from 6:30 to 8:15 a.m. Tuesday at Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville. Funeral will be at 10 a.m. at Grace Lutheran Church with the Rev. Paul Winningham officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
