KELSO, Mo. -- Geraldine Ann Croxton, 82, of Kelso, formerly of Schuyler County, Illinois, died Saturday, Jan. 28, 2017, at her home.
She was born May 6, 1934, in Fandon, Illinois, to Charles L. and Pauline Louise Greenup McKee. She married Frank Croxton Jr. on Oct. 27, 1951, in Quincy, Illinois.
She was the owner/operator of an antique mall and previously had worked for Sam Tanksley Trucking. She was a member of North Cape Church of Christ.
She is survived by her husband; a son, Dennis D. Croxton of Lake Ozark, Missouri; a daughter, Tammy L. Roberts of Jones, Oklahoma; a brother, Charles Duane McKee of Macomb, Illinois; a sister, Eleanor Miller of Weatherford, Texas; a family friend, Katie Blocker; 14 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Diane, and a son, Kerry.
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City, with minister Jerry Westbrook officiating.
