Georgia Puchbauer

Georgia Ruth Puchbauer, 82, of Scott City died Wednesday, July 19, 2006, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. She was born Aug. 21, 1923, at Illmo, daughter of Eric and Eva R. Cantrell Kjer. She and Elmer Leon Puchbauer were married May 27, 1944, in Denton, Texas. He died Oct. 24, 1991...

Georgia Ruth Puchbauer, 82, of Scott City died Wednesday, July 19, 2006, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Aug. 21, 1923, at Illmo, daughter of Eric and Eva R. Cantrell Kjer. She and Elmer Leon Puchbauer were married May 27, 1944, in Denton, Texas. He died Oct. 24, 1991.

Survivors include a son, Steve Puchbauer of Scott City.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City from noon to service time Friday.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the chapel, with the Rev. Charles Lance officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery.
