Georgia Eloise Wilson, 92, of Cape Girardeau died Monday, Nov. 10, 1997, at the Lutheran Home.
She was born March 9, 1905, at Allenville, daughter of W.F. and Calista C. Goger Wilson.
Wilson received a bachelor of science degree in education from Southeast Missouri State University.
She taught a year at DeSoto, and for a total of 36 years at May Greene, Washington and Jefferson Schools. After retiring she served as a substitute teacher.
Wilson was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church and its Kumjoynus Class; St. Francis Medical Center Auxiliary, Senior Citizens, and National Retired Teachers Association.
Surviving is a cousin, Lila Phillips of Ashdown, Ark.
Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel from noon to service time Wednesday.
Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Clayton Smith officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park.
