SEATTLE -- George David Seifert, 57, of Seattle died Saturday, Aug. 16, 1997, in Seattle.

He was born July 20, 1940, in Cape Girardeau, son of Garrett and Fran Seifert. He married Barbara Burns on Aug. 25, 1976, in Reno, Nev., and she survives. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

He is survived by his mother; a son, Miles Seifert of Bellingham, Wash.; a daughter, Holly Martin of Atlanta; and a grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete at Ford and Sons Funeral Home.
