She was born Dec. 29, 1906, in Arkansas. She married Raymond Wilson, who preceded her in death.

Wilson moved here in May 1988 from St. Louis.

Survivors include five granddaughters, Glenda Marshall, Melissa Berry and Rebecca Bender of Jackson, Dianna Hudspeth and Caroline Runyon of Houston, Texas; nine great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
