CLARKTON, Mo. -- Gary Wayne McNece ended his battle with cancer Saturday, May 1, 2021, at his home in Clarkton.
He was born July 3, 1962.
His interests varied greatly. They ranged from a determination to always self-educate by reading and researching a vast array of subjects to a love of sports had him coaching Little League in his younger years. But his passion for the motorcycle culture from a young age led him to making it a center point in his life. Gary spent many years learning and teaching the importance of the motorcycle club culture. This led to him becoming a member of the Galloping Goose Motorcycle Club, where he was an active member for over 10 years.
Gary was preceded in death by his father, Deb "Tuff" McNece.
He is survived by his mother, Tina Brown; brother, Curtis McNece; sons, Jeff McNece, Josh McNece and Merik McNece; grandchildren, Josh and Makayla McNece; his love, Abbey Engle; numerous brothers within the Galloping Goose and El Forastero Motorcycle clubs; and many friends.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Mathis Funeral Home, 113 W. Crumb Ave. in Bernie, Missouri.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. in the Mathis Funeral Chapel, followed by a last ride procession to Bethany Cemetery, 17866 County Road 102 in Campbell, Missouri.
