Frieda Mae Kelley, 84, of Gordonville died Thursday, Feb. 4, 2016, at the Life Care Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born June 15, 1931, in Bonne Terre, Missouri, to William and Zora Leftridge Clark. She married Kelsey Claude Kelley on Jan. 1, 1952, in Piggott, Arkansas. He preceded her in death May 5, 2015.
She was an inspector for Ely Walker.
She is survived by a son, Larry Kelley of Daisy; a daughter, Carolyn (Edward) Eftink of High Ridge, Missouri; a brother, Ray Mayo of Dixon, Tennessee; three granddaughters, Jennifer (Andrew) Baronovic, Kimberly (Pedro) Minakata and Beth Ann Eftink; and two great-grandchildren, Sam and Kelsey Minakata.
She also was preceded in death by her stepfather, Francis Mayo; a brother; and a sister.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.
The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the chapel, with the Rev. Charles Lance officiating. Burial will be in Cape County Memorial Park Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
