Frederick William Reimann, 80, of 429 S. West End Blvd. died Sunday, Aug. 16, 1992, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born March 28, 1912, at Egypt Mills, the son of Charles and Dorothea Gerlach Reimann. On June 7, 1936, he married Anita L. Popp in Cape Girardeau. She survives of the home.

He was the owner and operator of Cape Storm Windows and Awning Co. from 1954-68. He also was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Cape Girardeau and was a veteran of World War II, where he served in the U.S. Navy.

Other survivors include two sons, Ronald K. and David W. Reimann, both of Cape Girardeau; a daughter, Donna Merideth of Sikeston; four brothers, Earnest Reimann of Egypt Mills, Rudy Reimann of Cape Girardeau, Walter Reimann of McClure, Ill. and Ivan Reimann of Gale, Ill.; two sisters, Dorena Popp of Cape Girardeau and Erma Bettlach of St. Louis; and seven grandchildren.

A brother and two sisters also preceded him in death.

Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel in Cape Girardeau, where funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday. The Rev. David Dissen will officiate, and burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
