NEW HAMBURG, Mo. — Fred Essner, 61, of New Hamburg died Monday, Dec. 30, 2019, at his home.
He was born July 19, 1958, in Cape Girardeau to Herbert Anton and Virginia Irene Diebold Essner.
He was previously a line technician for Procter & Gamble.
Fred is survived by a daughter, Krysten Essner of Jackson; two grandchildren, Lexe and Gage; four brothers, Jim (Hope) Essner of Kelso, Missouri, Mike (Donna) Essner of Scott City, Tom (Linda) Essner of New Hamburg and Terry (Shelly) Essner of Jackson; a sister, Pam (Larry C.) Heuring; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his dog, Missy, who he loved very much.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.
Memorial service will be at 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, with Chaplain Leonard Diebold officiating. Burial will be private.
