FRANKLIN NALL

BENTON -- Funeral for Franklin E. Nall of Benton was held Tuesday at Shelby Funeral Chapel in East Prairie. The Rev. Dale Huff officiated. Burial was in Dogwood Cemetery near Charleston.

Nall, 65, died Saturday, Sept. 11, 1999, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Aug. 12, 1934, at Shawneetown, Ill., son of William H. and Inez Bippus Nall. He and Jean Adkisson were married Jan. 20, 1953.

Nall had lived near Benton 33 years, and owned and operated a car sales and salvage company. He was formerly of East Prairie.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Frank "Bud" Nall of Bloomfield; a daughter, Vicky Lincoln of Chaffee; a brother, James Nall of Benton; two sisters, Ruth Ishmael of East Prairie, Emma Upchurch of Crossville, Tenn.; and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and a sister.
