Frank A. Zimmerman, 65, died Saturday, March 7, 2009, at his home in Scott City.
He was born Jan. 8, 1944, at Stone Park, Ill., son of Sam and Rose Winchell Zimmerman. He and Patricia Cliff were married July 16, 1994.
Zimmerman was a retired engineer for Chicago Northwestern Railroad. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Chaffee, Mo.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Samuel Zimmerman of Grain Valley, Mo.; a stepson, Jim Cliff of McDonough, Ga.; three daughters, Dawn Paden of Moorcroft, Wyo., Carrie Hansen of Manhatton, Kas., and Laura Barber of Atlantic Beach, Fla.; a brother, Robert Zimmerman of Old Town, Fla.; and 13 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters.
Friends may call at 4 p.m. Thursday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel of Chaffee, Mo.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the First United Methodist Church in Chaffee, with the Rev. Marty Blakey officiating. Burial will be in Union Park Cemetery.
