DEXTER -- Frank Perez, 52, of Dexter died Friday, May 17, 1996, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Jan. 7, 1944, to Jose and San Juana Corona Perez in Edinburg, Texas.
Survivors include two sons, Frank Perez and Tony Perez, both of Conway; a daughter, Christina Mackey of Conway; two brothers, Joe Perez of Jackson and Matt Perez of Dexter; five sisters, Terri Giardina of St. Louis, Connie Miller of Marshfield, Sara Garcia of Edinburg, and Marie Cockrell and Maria Medline, both of Dexter; and six grandchildren.
Perez was a former truck driver for a freight company. He also was a U.S. Army veteran and was awarded two Purple Hearts while serving with the 101st Airborne during the Vietnam War.
Friends may call at the Rainey Funeral Home in Dexter today from 10:30 a.m. until 1 p.m.
Funeral service will be at the funeral home today at 1 p.m.
Burial will be in Dexter Cemetery.
