FRANK GLAUS

COMMERCE -- Funeral mass for Frank Leo Glaus of Commerce will be held at 10 a.m. today at St. Denis Catholic Church in Benton. The Rev. Normand Varone will officiate, with burial in the church cemetery.

Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel at Benton is in charge of arrangements.

Glaus, 87, died Thursday, March 28, 1996, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Oct. 1, 1908, in New Hamburg, son of Mike and Mary Bisher Glaus. He and Alma Louise LeGrand were married Nov. 23, 1931, at New Hamburg. She died Dec. 25, 1994.

Glaus was a self-employed barber at Commerce more than 50 years. He was a member of St. Denis Church.

Survivors include a sister, Alma Welter of Scott City, and a half sister, Rosemary Diebold of Benton.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
