FRANK GESKE JR.

COBDEN, Ill. -- Frank L. Geske Jr., 49, of Cobden died Saturday, July 14, 2001, in Cobden.

He was born Nov. 7, 1951, in Quincy, Ill., son of Frank L. and Phyllis Elaine Noelle Geske Sr. He and Lynn Forby were married Feb. 12, 1977, in Cobden.

Geske was general manager of mining operations for Delta Companies Inc. in Cape Gir-ardeau.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Travis Geske; a daughter, Ellen Geske, all of Cobden; his father of Anna, Ill.; a brother, Ron Geske of Danville, Ill.; and a sister, Cheryl Kent of Springfield, Ill.

Friends may call at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Cobden after 5 p.m. today.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Clifford Heil officiating.
