Frank A. Schweppe, 67, 414 S. Sprigg, died Sunday, Aug. 27, 1995, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
He was born June 22, 1928, in Cape Girardeau, son of Luther Henry and Lula Maye Houck Schweppe. He and Betty Ruth Bowman were married in 1952, in Arkansas.
Schweppe was a driver with Cauble and Field 13 years, and was a heavy equipment operator with city of Cape Girardeau more than 20 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Frank Schweppe of Cape Girardeau; a daughter, Wanda Craig of Cape Girardeau; three brothers, Chester Schweppe of Seward, Pa., Thomas Schweppe of Salinas, Calif., O.L. Schweppe of St. Louis, and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister.
Friends may call at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel from 4-8 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with the Rev. David Bragg officiating. Burial will be in Lorimier Cemetery.
