MARQUAND -- Francis Marie Gibson, 75, of Marquand, died Saturday, Nov. 30, 1991, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. She was born Feb. 23, 1916, in Barnsdall, Okla., daughter of Ed and Nettie Townsend Wright. She married L.E. Snow, who died Nov. 7, 1977. She later married C.C. Gibson, who died in December 1982...

MARQUAND -- Francis Marie Gibson, 75, of Marquand, died Saturday, Nov. 30, 1991, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Feb. 23, 1916, in Barnsdall, Okla., daughter of Ed and Nettie Townsend Wright. She married L.E. Snow, who died Nov. 7, 1977. She later married C.C. Gibson, who died in December 1982.

Gibson was formerly of Tulsa, Okla., and a member of Red Fork Southern Baptist Church there.

Survivors include a son, James Dunn of Tulsa; two brothers, Albert Wright of Chouteau, Okla., Merele Mitchell of Phoenix, Ariz.; a sister, Rozella Brazeal of Collinsville, Okla.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter.

Friends may call at Wilson-Cunningham Funeral Home in Chouteau after 9 a.m. Tuesday.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Tom Shaw officiating. Burial will be in Chouteau Cemetery.

Morgan Funeral Home in Advance is in charge of local arrangements.
