HERCULANEUM, Mo. -- Francis Vennie Elfrink, 82, of Herculaneum, formerly of Advance, Mo., died Saturday, March 5, 2005, at Scenic Nursing and Rehab in Herculaneum.
She was born April 3, 1922, in Gideon, Mo., daughter of Frank and Cora Goin Abbott. She and Andlee Frasier were married in 1940 in Kennett, Mo. She and Delbert Sherman were later married in March 1969 in St. Louis, Mo.; he died Aug. 10, 1992. She and Charles Elfrink were married in Advance, Mo.; he died May 17, 1993.
Elfrink retired from a housecleaning service.
Survivors include two daughters, Rowena Touchette of Imperial, Mo., Cicelia Aubuchon of Arnold, Mo.; two brothers, Emory Abbott of Sikeston, Mo., Chester Abbott of Dexter, Mo.; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons and several brothers.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance, with the Revs. Michael Abbott and Glenis Duckworth officiating. Burial will be in Morgan Memorial Park at Advance.
