SCOTT CITY -- Francis Eugene "Gene" Schoen, 32, of Scott City died Friday, Sept. 13 at St. Francis Medical Center.
He was born Dec. 23, 1963, at Advance, son of Ulysees Eugene and Joyce Darlene Cassout Shoen.
Schoen was a maintenance worker at Larry McKinney's cleaning service for some years.

Survivors include his parents and a sister, Betty McBride of Chaffee.
Friends may call at Amick Burnett Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Sunday.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. The Rev. Rennie Phillips will officiate, with the burial in Lightner Cemetery.
