Frances E. Coffey, 77, of Siloam Springs, Ark., died Saturday, Dec. 4, 1999, in Siloam Springs.
She was born Aug. 17, 1922, at Hayti, daughter of William and Aneelah Sands Vancil.
Coffey was a 1940 graduate of Central High School, and received a bachelor of arts degree from Southeast Missouri State University.
Survivors include her husband, William Coffey; two sons, Arthur Christian of Spokane, Wash., Robert Christian of Michigan; four daughters, Kathleen Stump of Claremore, Okla., Rebecca Cooper of Siloam Springs, Mary Ann Carr of Willow Springs, Ark., Melanie Willison of Midland, Mich.; a sister, Jeanette Estes of Jackson, a twin sister, Kathleen Gatewood of Memphis, Tenn.; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by a sister.
A memorial service will be held Jan. 22 in Midland.
Ware-Smith-Woolever Funeral Home in Midland is in charge of arrangements.
