MORLEY -- Floyd C. Hitt, 78, of Lake Worth, Fla., formerly of Morley, died Tuesday, Dec. 28, 1993, at a hospital in Lake Worth.
He was born July 17, 1915, at Morley, son of John C. and Nelia Van Bryant Hitt.
He was a graduate of Morley High School.
Hitt served in the U.S. Air Force for 25 years, and was a veteran of World War II.

Survivors include two brothers, H.L. Hitt of St. Louis, John Van of Oak Ridge; and 10 nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister and two brothers.
Graveside funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Morley Cemetery, with the Rev. Ron Green officiating.
Burial will follow.
