ADVANCE -- Florence P. Elfrink, 75, of Advance, died Thursday, Oct. 15, 1992, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. She was born Dec. 28, 1916, at Dexter, daughter of James and Sarah Goodrich Douglas. She first married Earnest Hampton, who preceded her in death. She later married Charles Elfrink Dec. 10, 1967...

ADVANCE -- Florence P. Elfrink, 75, of Advance, died Thursday, Oct. 15, 1992, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Dec. 28, 1916, at Dexter, daughter of James and Sarah Goodrich Douglas. She first married Earnest Hampton, who preceded her in death. She later married Charles Elfrink Dec. 10, 1967.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Riley Hampton of Sikeston; a daughter, Mary Turner of Hot Springs, Ark.; seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, two sisters and a great-grandchild.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Morgan Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Richard Crabtree will officiate, with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery near here.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today.
