Florence Lena Martin, 73, of Cape Girardeau died at her home Sunday, Oct. 16, 1994.
She was born June 28, 1921, at Cape Girardeau, the daughter of Martin and Clara Bock Schlimme. On Oct. 27, 1946, she married Nelson E. Martin at Old Appleton. He survives.
She was a homemaker and member of the First Presbyterian Church in Cape Girardeau, St. Mark's 167 O.E.S., Ameranth, VFW auxiliary and the High 12.
Other survivors include a son, Rick Nelson of Cape Girardeau, a sister, Ruby Ravenstein of Lady Lake, Fla., and one granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel in Cape Girardeau. At 7 p.m. there will be a St. Mark Eastern Star Service.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral chapel. The Rev. Charles Dryer will officiate, and burial will be in Memorial Park at Cape Girardeau.
