CHAFFEE -- Flora S. Williams, 79, died Friday, Feb. 24, 1995, in Albuquerque, N.M.
She was born Oct. 13, 1915, at Morley, daughter of Fred J. and Bertha Campbell Williams.
The family moved to Chaffee in 1921. She was a graduate of Chaffee High School, and joined the U.S. Navy in 1943. She served 15 months in Guam.
Survivors include a brother, LeRoy Williams of Cape Coral, Fla.; three sisters, Betty Hoffman of Scottsdale, Ariz., Freddie Bond of Las Cruces, N.M., and Eloise Moore of Chaffee.
Burial was Tuesday in Santa Fe National Cemetery in Santa Fe, N.M.
A memorial service will be held March 15 in Albuquerque.
