WOLF LAKE, Ill. Funeral service for Filden E. (Phil) Hardin, 58 years old, of Wolf Lake, formerly of Lucasville, Ohio, will be held at 2 p.m. today at the McKinley Funeral Home in Lucasville. Burial will be in the Jacobs Cemetery in Lucasville.
Hardin died Thursday morning, April 11, 1991, at his home.
He was born Oct. 29, 1932 at Welch, Ky., son of Leslie and Myrtle Boggs Hardin.
He married Loyce Riddlebarger on April 15, 1951 at Pipe County, Ohio. She survives of the home.
Also surviving are three sons, James Edward Hardin, Lucasville, George Leslie Hardin, Dayton, Ohio, and Barry Dean Hardin, Chillicothe, Ohio; two daughters, Kathy Hardin, Vandalia, Ohio, and Kristi Lynn Hardin of Wolf Lake; six brothers, eight sisters, and 12 grandchildren.
He was a member of the Alexander Free Will Baptist Church in Olive Branch. He was retired from General Motors Corp. in Dayton.
Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home of Anna, Ill., is in charge of the local arrangements.
