FERN SEABAUGH

JACKSON -- Fern J. Seabaugh, 82, of Jackson died Thursday, June 4, 1998, at her home.

She was born Aug. 14, 1915, at Marble Hill, daughter of the Rev. Robert L. and Sadie Jones Yount. She and Glenn A. Seabaugh were married Nov. 9, 1935, at Old Greenville. He died March 7, 1995.

Seabaugh was a licensed insurance agent and was associated with her husband in the Glenn A. Seabaugh Insurance Agency in Marble Hill many years.

She was a member of Marble Hill United Methodist Church, past member of Marble Hill-Lutesville Federated Women's Study Club, Wesleyan Service Guild, and other church and civic organizations.

Survivors include a son, Michael Seabaugh of St. Louis; a daughter, Beverly Pipenbrok of Jackson; seven grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sons, two brothers, and a sister.

Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Revs. Richard Northcutt and Jimmy Corbin officiating. Burial will be in Hahn Chapel Cemetery near Marble Hill.
