PORTAGEVILLE -- Fannie L. (Eadie) Eady, 75, of Portageville died Oct. 27, 1997, at St. Joseph Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.
She was born Sept. 12, 1932, in Walls, Miss., to Nelson and Jurine Green Trotter. She had lived in Missouri since 1955.
On April 11, 1966, she married the Rev. Willie Eady.
She was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church No. 2 in Portageville.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Willie Davis Jr.; a stepson, Marvin Sikes; three sisters, Annie Washington of Portageville and Cora and Mattie Trotter of Memphis; three brothers, Matthew Trotter of New Madrid, and Jimmy Trotter and Nelson Trotter Jr. of Memphis; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends may call from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the Williams-Farr and Purnell Funeral Home in Howardville. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Howardville Community Center.
The Rev. J.D. Foster will officiate. Burial will be at the Simmons Park Cemetery at Catron.
