EVELYN SEBASTIAN

Evelyn L. Sebastian, 66, of Columbia died Monday, April 14, 1997, at University Hospital and Clinics.

She was born Feb. 2, 1931, at Malden, daughter of Lee Roy and Violet M. Bratcher Woolsey. She and Rudy Sebastian were married in November 1946 in Cape Girardeau.

Sebastian was a nurse aide and medical technician.

Survivors include her husband; four sons, David Sebastian of Kansas City, Steven Sebastian of Cape Girardeau, Rex Sebastian of Ashland, Brian Sebastian of Columbia; three daughters, Charlotte Renner of Columbia, Patricia Dreyer of Poplar Bluff, Phyllis Jacobson of Olympia, Wash.; her mother of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Daryl Woolsey of O'Fallon; a sister, Scyrethna Wilkinson of Jackson; and 13 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father and a brother.

There is no visitation or service.

Memorial Funeral Home in Columbia handled arrangements.
