EVELYN PARKER

JACKSON -- A Memorial Mass for Evelyn Marie Parker of St. Joseph will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Msgr. Edward Eftink will officiate. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery.

Friends may call at the church from 8:30 a.m. until service time.

Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Parker, 73, died Saturday, Dec. 20, 1997, at Kansas University Medical Center in Kansas City.

She was born Aug. 2, 1924, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Jacob and Melissa Gallent Loos.

Parker had been a receptionist at the former Family Physicians Group in Cape Girardeau. She retired in 1989 and moved to St. Joseph. She was a member of Immaculate Church in Jackson.

Survivors include two daughters, Gina Deutman of Overland Park, Kan., Lisa Parker-Propst of St. Joseph; and a sister, Margaret Gladish of Cape Girardeau.

She was preceded in death by a brother.
