PUXICO -- Eva M. Reed, 80, of Puxico died Wednesday, July 14, 1999, at Lucy Lee Hospital in Poplar Bluff.
She was born Feb. 28, 1919, in Puxico, daughter of Jake and Leone Crabtree Clodfelter. She and Anthony L. Reed were married in 1941 in St. Louis. He preceded her in death.
Reed lived in St. Louis 60 years before returning to Puxico. She was a retired medical records clerk, and a member of First Baptist Church in Puxico.
Survivors include four sons, George Reed of Puxico, John and Robert Reed of St. Louis, James Reed of Jefferson City; a brother, Robert Clodfelter of St. Louis; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Puxico from 6-8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Marshall Link officiating. Burial will be in Puxico Cemetery.
