SIKESTON -- Eureda M. Powers, 75, Sikeston Route 1, died Thursday, Jan. 5, 1995, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.
She was born Dec. 24, 1919, in Oregon County, daughter of Arthur L. and Allie Mae Jobe Robinett. She and Warren Smith Powers were married May 7, 1939. He died in May 1975.
Survivors include four sons, Jimmy and Stanley Powers, Sikeston Route 1, Ronald Powers of Boonville, Ind., Danny Powers of St. Louis; five daughters, Eureda Hendershott of Jackson, Betty O'Connor, Debra Watson and Stephanie Powers of St. Louis, Cheryl Johnson of Englewood, Colo.; five brothers, Charlie Robinett of Bloomfield, D.L. and Lawrence Robinett of Dexter, Harry Robinett of Sikeston, Wayne Robinett of Cape Girardeau; three sisters, Sylvia Greer of Evansville, Ind., Reatha Putnam and Leatha Woodruff of Dexter; 14 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren, and seven stepgrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons, a daughter and two brothers.
Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel after 5 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the chapel, with the Rev. Marvin Butrum officiating. Burial will be in Essex Cemetery at Essex.
